Andrew Reeder - Veterinary Director
Andrew graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 1996 and worked as an intern for a year. He has gained much experience in small animal practice. Andrew is heavily involved in the management side of practice now and runs the practice with his wife, Caroline, and their excellent team of staff. He still enjoys his work with the patients though and is particularly happy in the operating theatre.
Caroline Reeder - Practice Manager
Caroline qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2000. Since then she has worked in small animal practice including at Wey Referrals, a specialist centre in Surrey. In 2003 she founded Veterinary Healthcare Ltd with her husband, Andrew. She is now Practice Manager at Stonehenge Vets. In her spare time Caroline likes to ride her horse and has two dogs and two cats.
Shelley Doxey - Veterinary Surgeon
Shelley has been with the practice since 2003. She has a keen interest in medicine, in-patient care and rehabilitation. In her spare time she looks after her two young daughters, three labradors, two rescue cats, two foster donkeys and three pet sheep.
Rachel Thomas - Veterinary Surgeon
Rachel qualified from the University of Cambridge in 2003 and joined the practice in August 2011. She has a particular interest in Acupuncture and is working to complete her certificate in this field. Rachel enjoys outdoor pursuits, aided by her recently acquired rescue dog.
Mandy Loader - Head Receptionist
Mandy has worked at Stonehenge Vets since 1999 and is now the senior receptionist. She manages the team front-of-house and does much of the administration including all the insurance claims. In her spare time she looks after her two young children. She has a dog and 2 cats and enjoys taking the children and her dog out for walks.
Elaine Humphrey - Receptionist
Elaine started in February 2009 and enjoys meeting all the animals and their owners. She is married with three grown-up daughters. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog and looking after her two cats.
Julie Greenyer - Receptionist
Julie has lived in the area for 34 years - most dog walkers will see her about with Eric, her minature schnauzer. She is married with three sons, three daughter-in-laws, five grandchildren, two cats and one dog - phew! Julie feels that working at Stonehenge Vets and being involved with the clients and their pets, though the good times and the sad times is a great privilege. She enjoys it very much.
Gill Young - Head Veterinary Nurse
With over 25 years experience in the veterinary field, Gill is able to teach the nursing team using her wealth of knowledge. She has a particular interest in canine and feline nutrition and runs our popular weight watchers clinics on Tuesday afternoons.
Kim Hall - Veterinary Nurse
Kim joined us in 2005 and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2010 having completed all her training at the practice. As well as her general nursing duties she is responsible for the in-house laroratory. She has a cocker spaniel called Jet who she enjoys looking after.
Rebecca Elphinstone - Student Nurse
Becky started in May 2009 as a Trainee Veterinary Nurse. She has been looking to do this for some time so is very grateful for this opportunity. In her spare time she enjoys walking her two dogs Bramwell and Archie and spending time with her friends and relatives.
Beckie Eastham - Student Nurse
Beckie joined the practice in February 2010. Beckie has always had a passion for animals and is enjoying greeting each animal that comes through the door. She currently lives at home with her parents, Harry (her Golden Retriever) and her two cats Pepsi and Milly. In her spare time she enjoys walking Harry and spending time with her friends and family
